View Group appointments and meetings from Grid

All your appointments, meetings, and events are located in the Timeline Grid and displayed in 4 different colors depending on the appropriate free/busy time (Busy, Tentative, Free, Out of Office). Conflicting zones of appointments and meetings will be marked red.

In order to view meeting details (time, subject, and location), position the mouse pointer over the colored Timeline block of a Group Member attending the meeting.
