Create & Edit group appointments and meetings from grid

There are several ways to create and edit appointments and meetings from Schedules4Team Timeline Grid view.
Select Members from the Group Members List (you can select several Members using left-clicking + Ctrl), right-click on the selected Members, and choose the preferred option from the drop-down menu.
Mark the required time stretch by selecting the Timeline blocks, and right-click to create appointments, meetings or meeting request for selected Members and Groups by choosing the appropriate menu item.
To edit appointments and meeting from Timeline Grid view, position the mouse pointer over the Timeline block that is marked as Busy/Tentative/Out of Office. In a moments a label displaying the meeting/appointment details appears. When you click on the appeared label, selected meeting/appointment is opened to edit it as a usual Outlook Calendar item.
Note:
If you create an appointment for Member Without Email, the user's name will appear in the left bottom corner of the Appointment form in the Contacts... field.
You can open and edit Group Calendar items in accordance with your assigned role.
